I don’t know yet, that’s the problem! Hence my blogpost, I’m hoping for inspiration. I spent my last 12 Christmas vacations in Croatia and Slovenia, I dislike the holiday atmosphere in Amsterdam, I don’t have family obligations with the holidays, PLUS my birthday is on the first of the first and it’s a serious round number, time to spend these days differently…

I want something different too, therefore Im cooking Mexican Christmas dinner this time and inviting my in laws instead of a traditional Swedish “julbord”. I should actually write a post comparing Mex vs Swedish Christmas table, guess which one wins…
