For months I’ve been wanting to visit that Japanese – Korean supermarket ( Japans-Koreaans Delicatessen Shilla ) on the other side of town and I finally took a detour to do so! It was heaven, I limited myself to buy only a few things though.
This is what I came home with:

Some of these ingredients I’ve cooked with before, some of them I have eaten elsewhere and for some I’ll have to research the blogs I follow and the cookbooks I have.
Oh and then there’s the green leaves, I have no idea what they are:

So, please help me out! What do YOU think I should do with these ingredients?
It is not a problem to add some ingredients to the above, it would just give me an excuse to go check out one of the other Asian shops in town.
I’m already looking forward to going back to this shop and can’t wait to start experimenting!
